Our systems work best with Apple devices and are optimized for HomeKit, but they're not strictly required. The underlying Home Assistant infrastructure can work with other platforms, though we specialize in the Apple ecosystem.
You own everything we install. There are no proprietary systems or dealer lock-in. If you ever want to manage your system yourself or switch to another provider, you're completely free to do so.
Installation time varies based on project scope and subcontractor availability for prep work like wiring or mounting. Simple systems might take a day or two, while comprehensive whole-home installations could span a week or more. We personally supervise all work, so you don't need to be home during installation. We'll provide a clear timeline during the design phase.
Both. We handle retrofits in existing homes as well as new construction projects. For new builds, we can work with your builder to ensure optimal infrastructure from the start.
